SynergyDance is founded on the principles of Polarity Therapy. Training programs in both disciplines with SynergyDance creator Charmaine Lee, CPE, RPP, are ongoing throughout the year at our rural retreat in Washington, Va., in the Blue Ridge foothills west of Washington, D.C., including:
- The 10-month SynergyDance/APP training program, for those who seek immersion in polarity and healing movement — and certification as both a Level 1 SynergyDance teacher and an Associate Polarity Practitioner.
- The 10-day SynergyDance Intensive, offering Synergy teacher certification to those who already have at least APP-level Polarity experience.
