Music & Video

scan0010.jpgStay tuned. This area will soon be filled with “elemental” music playlists, video snippets and longer video pieces in which Charmaine explains and demonstrates the energy-medicine concepts behind SynergyDance, and some of the benefits of the movements themselves.

For now, you’ll find a link here to the first SynergyDance original CD, a long-awaited work by SynergyDance music director Roger Piantadosi — who also happens to be Charmaine’s husband, and the guy who built and maintains this web site, but who mostly prides himself on his total lack of ego. (That was a joke, by the way, if it isn’t obvious who’s writing this copy. — RP)

By the way, that’s a photo of Charmaine in the old Synergy Studio lounge with Mickey Hart, the Grateful Dead drummer who dropped in to one of her morning classes with his wife during an early ’90s Dead tour. He had been tipped off that Charmaine was using lots of music from his first “Planet Drum” release for her class — and that the class might also help his aching back, which he said it did.
